...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR BLACK ICE IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS 
EVENING TO 10 AM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Black ice likely, especially on secondary roads and from 
  any runoff from melting during the daytime.

* WHERE...Northern and central Coastal Plain into portions of the 
  northern Piedmont.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Roadways or sidewalks may become slick from additional 
  runoff from snowmelt and result in black ice.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while 
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken 
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and 
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.
