  Counties. In Texas, Baylor, Foard, Hardeman, Knox, and Wilbarger 
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Very cold wind chills can lead to hypothermia with 
  prolonged exposure.
