...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO 9 AM 
CST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 13 degrees in the Hill 
  Country, southern Edwards Plateau and Interstate 35 corridor near 
  and north of Austin. Very cold wind chills as low as 18 degrees 
  for the remainder of the Interstate 35 corridor and coastal plains.

* WHERE...Most of south central Texas.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin 
  is exposed to these temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a 
hat, and gloves.
