  as low as 3 below today. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold 
  temperatures as low as zero expected tomorrow morning.

* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, and West 
  Tennessee.

* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until noon CST today. For the 
  Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to noon CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin 
  is exposed to these temperatures.
