* WHAT...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills 
  as low as 18 below expected. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, 
  very cold wind chills as low as 20 below expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and northeast Missouri.

* WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight 
  to noon CST Wednesday. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 
  9 PM Wednesday to noon CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero 
  could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not 
  taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a 
hat, and gloves.

  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
