...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM THIS MORNING TO 
6 AM CST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow 
  accumulations across most of northern Arkansas between 6 to 10 
  inches with locally higher amounts near the Arkansas/Missouri 
  state line, and snow and sleet accumulations over central Arkansas 
  near 1 to 3 inches. Ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch 
  across most of central Arkansas.

* WHERE...Portions of central, eastern, north central, and western 
  Arkansas.

* WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to 6 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will 
  likely become slick and hazardous. The hazardous conditions could 
  impact the Tuesday morning commute evening commutes. Travel 
  through the overnight period into Wednesday morning will likely 
  become difficult and hazardous.
