...EXTREME COLD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...
...EXTREME COLD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 AM 
CST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills in the 40 below to 50 below 
  zero range this morning and again tonight into Wednesday morning.  
  This afternoon and early evening will see wind chills improve into 
  the 20 below to 30 below zero range.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northwest, and west 
  central Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...Extreme Cold Warning until noon CST today. Another extreme 
  cold warning in effect from 9 PM this evening to 10 AM CST 
  Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 50 below zero 
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must 
go outside.

* WHAT...For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills 
  in the 40 below to 50 below zero range this morning. For the Cold 
  Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills 30 below to 40 below 
  expected tonight into Wednesday morning.  For this afternoon and 
  early evening, wind chills will improve into the 15 below to 25 
  below zero range.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Minnesota and 
  northeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until noon CST today. For the 
  Cold Weather Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to 10 AM CST 
  Wednesday.
