  accumulations up to one inch. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy 
  snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5 inches 
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast and southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 AM EST this 
  morning. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Tuesday evening through 
  Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous 
  conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
