MORNING...

* WHAT...West winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts of 45 to 60 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of north central Maryland, northwest and western 
  Virginia, and eastern West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST early this morning.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. 
  Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially 
  for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest winds are expected at elevations 
  above 1500 feet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and 
avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution 
if you must drive.
