For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 to 35 below possible. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Illinois and east central and northeast Iowa. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 11 AM CST Monday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from late Monday night through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in 20 minutes or less. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
