...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility one quarter to one 
  half mile in dense fog. For the High Wind Warning, west winds 
  increasing to 20 to 30 mph during the mid to late afternoon hours 
  today with gusts up to 60 mph expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 3 PM EST this afternoon. 
  For the High Wind Warning, until 4 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. 
  Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, 
  especially for high profile vehicles. Hazardous driving conditions 
  due to reduced visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Consider allowing extra time to reach your destination.

Do not touch downed lines and report any power outages to your 
electric company. Travel is highly discouraged due to slick roadways
