* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy mixed precipitation. 
  Additional snow accumulations 2 to 4 inches and ice accumulations 
  between quarter and one half inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 
  mph. For the Lake Effect Snow Warning, heavy lake effect snow 
  expected. Total snow accumulations 9 to 18 inches in the most 
  persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Lewis County.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 1 AM EST Monday. For 
  the Lake Effect Snow Warning, from 1 AM Monday to 6 AM EST 
  Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...For the Winter Storm Warning, power outages and tree 
  damage are possible due to the ice and strong winds. Travel could 
  be very difficult. Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, 
  will likely become slick and hazardous. For the Lake effect snow 
  warning, heavy lake effect snow possible. Travel could be nearly 
  impossible in areas of blowing snow with reduced visibility. The 
  hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening 
  commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Widespread accumulating snow and ice will create dangerous travel 
conditions.

  creating blowing and drifting snow with near whiteout conditions 
  at times.

  damage are possible due to the ice and strong winds. Travel could 
  be difficult with slick roadways, particularly bridges and 
  overpasses. For the lake effect snow warning, visibilities will 
  occasionally drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. 
  Roads will likely become slick and hazardous.

  Travel could be nearly impossible. Widespread blowing snow will 
  significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could 
  impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds will 
  down tree branches and cause isolated power outages.
