SUNDAY...
...EXTREME COLD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY EVENING THROUGH 
TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills from 
  30 below to 40 below expected. For the Extreme Cold Watch, 
  dangerously cold wind chills as low as 53 below possible.

* WHERE...Benson, Cavalier, Eddy, Nelson, Pembina, Ramsey, Towner, 
  and Western Walsh Counties.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 
  noon CST Sunday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Sunday evening 
  through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 55 below zero 
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes. 
  Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is 
  exposed to these temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must 
go outside.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Monitor the latest forecasts and warnings for updates.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a 
hat, and gloves.

TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 46 below possible.

* WHERE...Most of eastern North Dakota and the northwest quarter of 
  Minnesota.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero 
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. 
  Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is 
  exposed to these temperatures.
