...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...
...EXTREME COLD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY EVENING THROUGH TUESDAY 
MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low 
  as 35 below. For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold wind 
  chills as low as 55 below possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and east 
  North Dakota.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until noon CST today. For 
  the Extreme Cold Watch, from Sunday evening through Tuesday 
  morning.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 55 below zero 
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes. 
  The risk for hypothermia is increased in these conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There may be a period where wind chills 
  become warmer than 40 below zero Monday afternoon before dipping 
  again Monday evening into Tuesday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If spending time outside, dress appropriately by covering as much 
exposed skin as possible. Dress in layers. Wear a face mask and warm 
gloves, hat, socks and boots. Take frequent breaks from being 
outside to warm up.

Be aware of signs of frostbite and hypothermia.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 50 below possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and east 
  North Dakota.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 50 below zero 
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes. 
  The risk for hypothermia is increased in these conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There may be a period where wind chills
