...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH 
SUNDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt continues to be 
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following 
  county, Somerset.

* WHEN...From late Saturday night through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Over an inch of rain combined with melting snow may result in
    flooding between Saturday night and Sunday.
