* WHAT...Very cold temperatures as low as 18 below.

* WHERE...Northern Lake County and eastern Klamath County, including 
  Fort Rock and Silver Lake.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with 
  prolonged exposure.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a 
hat, and gloves.
