...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM PST THIS EVENING THROUGH 
SATURDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be 
  possible.

* WHERE...Contra Costa, Alameda, and Santa Clara counties.

* WHEN...From 10 PM PST this evening through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Heavy rain and excessive runoff may result in flooding 
  of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone 
  locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. 
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage, urban areas, and where storm 
  drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. Extensive 
  street flooding is possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Moderate to heavy rain associated with an incoming
    Atmospheric River will bring additional flooding concerns to
    area river, steams and creeks beginning tonight and
    continuing into Thursday.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood 
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared

SATURDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be 
  possible.

* WHERE...Entire North Bay.

* WHEN...From 10 PM PST this evening through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur 
  in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be 
  flooded. Area creeks and streams are elevated and could flood with 
  more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Elevated levels on area rivers, streams, and creeks as well
    as near-saturated soil will resulting in an increased flood
    potential as the next Atmospheric River brings moderate to
    heavy rain to the region beginning tonight and continuing
    into Thursday.

  portions of Contra Costa, Alameda, Santa Clara, and San Benito 
  counties.

* WHEN...From 10 PM PST this evening through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Heavy rain and excessive runoff may result in flooding 
  of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone 
  locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. 
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains 
  and ditches may become clogged with debris. Extensive street 
  flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Moderate to heavy rain associated with an incoming
    Atmospheric River is expected tonight into Thursday. Area
    rivers, streams and creeks that are prone to rapid rises will
    bring additional flooding concerns to the Central Coast where
    the heaviest rainfall is expected to impact the Santa Cruz
    Mountains and the Santa Lucia Range.
