...HIGH WIND WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY EVENING THROUGH 
FRIDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 35 to 40 mph with gusts up to 70 mph 
  possible. Isolated gusts to 80 mph along some coastal areas such 
  as the Big Sur Coast and Marin Coastal Range.

* WHERE...Monterey Bay and the Big Sur Coast, The Marin Hills, San 
  Francisco, Coastal North Bay Including Point Reyes National 
  Seashore, and San Francisco Peninsula Coast.

* WHEN...From Wednesday evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. 
  Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, 
  especially for high profile vehicles. Strong winds may move loose 
  debris, result in minor damage property, and cause sporadic power 
  outages. Travel could become difficult, especially for high 
  profile vehicles. The combination of wind and moist soils will 
  increase the risk for downed trees.
