* WHAT...Dangerously cold temperatures as low as 30 below zero. 
  Wednesday and Thursday mornings will be the coldest periods.

* WHERE...Camas Prairie.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM MST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin 
  is exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead

  in the Idaho valleys.  Wednesday morning will be the coldest 
  period.

* WHERE...All of southeast Oregon and southwest Idaho.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM MST Thursday.
