* WHAT...Heavy snow at or above elevations greater than 3000 ft. 
  Additional snow accumulations between 10 and 20 inches. Winds 
  gusting as high as 40 mph. Additional snow of up to 10 inches is 
  expected below 3000 ft.

* WHERE...West Slopes North Cascades and Passes, West Slopes North 
  Central Cascades and Passes, and West Slopes South Central 
  Cascades and Passes.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
