...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
Crawford, Franklin and Sebastian and Oklahoma, including the
following counties, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore,
Pushmataha and Sequoyah.
* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches and locally higher up
around 5 inches across the watch area will increase flooding
concerns.
