* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 65 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Tucker County.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. 
  Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, 
  especially for high profile vehicles.

  Elevations of Westmoreland, and Higher Elevations of Indiana 
  Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Preston and Western Tucker 
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
