...EXTREME COLD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 9 
AM CST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 to 36 below 
  expected.

* WHERE...North central and northeastern Iowa along and north of 
  Highway 30.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 
  midnight CST tonight. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from midnight 
  tonight to 9 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as around 35 
  below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 
  10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must 
go outside.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
