  dangerously cold wind chills as low as 28 below possible.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph, and Southeast 
  Webster Counties.

* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 9 
  AM EST Tuesday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Tuesday morning 
  through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero 
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* WHERE...Southeast Fayette and Southeast Raleigh Counties.

* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 1 AM to 4 PM EST Monday. 
  For the Extreme Cold Watch, from late Tuesday night through 
  Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero 
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. 
  Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is 
  exposed to these temperatures. An extended period of freezing 
  temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.
