  ice-free waters.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Willowick to 
  Conneaut OH.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

...HEAVY FREEZING SPRAY WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE SUNDAY
NIGHT THROUGH LATE TUESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy freezing spray at a rate of 2 cm per hour or
  greater possible. Resulting ice may accumulate rapidly on 
  vessels.

* WHERE...The open waters of Lake Erie from Avon Point OH to 
  Buffalo NY.

* WHEN...From late Sunday night through late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Operating a vessel in heavy freezing spray is 
  hazardous. Freezing spray may render mechanical and electronic 
  components inoperative. Rapid ice accretion on decks and 
  superstructures may result in a catastrophic loss of stability.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid or mitigate
hazardous accumulation of ice on their vessel.
