* At 445 PM EDT, emergency management reported flash flooding across
the warned area. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional
rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is already occurring.
This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Roan Village, Erwin, and
Unicoi. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER
GROUND NOW!
