Ridge top gusts 50 to 70 mph. * Humidity...Minimum 8-15% this morning...then 12-22% by mid- afternoon. * Duration...6 or more hours of critical conditions today. * Impacts...The combination of gusty winds and low humidity can cause fire to rapidly grow in size and intensity before first responders can contain them. * Additional Details...The last PDS Red Flag Warning was issued September 15, 2019.
