MADISON...SOUTHEASTERN DALLAS AND NORTHERN WARREN COUNTIES WILL
EXPIRE AT 515 PM CST...
The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However a tornado
warning remains in effect for parts of Polk, Jasper and Northern
Warren counties until 545 pm CST.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CST for central and
south central Iowa.

SOUTHWESTERN LUCAS...NORTHEASTERN DECATUR AND NORTHWESTERN WAYNE

At 514 PM CST, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado was
located 8 miles northeast of Leon, moving northeast at 45 mph.
This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!
HAZARD...Damaging tornado.
SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.
IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may
be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes
will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes,
businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete destruction
is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Leon, Humeston, Garden Grove, Decatur City, Derby, Millerton, Le Roy
and Chariton Municipal Airport.
