...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 PM CDT FOR
SOUTHWESTERN GARZA COUNTY...
At 508 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 12 miles southeast of Grassland, or 14 miles north of
Gail, moving northeast at 10 mph. The storm appeared to be cycling
and may intensify and produce a tornado shortly.
HAZARD...Tornado and tennis ball size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
