...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT FOR
NORTHWESTERN GREENE AND EASTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTIES...
        
At 1138 PM EDT, a confirmed tornado was located over Vandalia, moving
southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado. Radar shows tornado debris in the 
         air.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Dayton, Kettering, Beavercreek, Huber Heights, Fairborn, Trotwood,
Vandalia, Englewood, Bellbrook, Moraine, Oakwood, Wright-Patterson
Afb, Riverside, Clayton, Union, Shiloh, Centerville, Fort Mckinley,
Northview and Dayton International Airport.

This includes the following Interstates...
 I-70 in Ohio between mile markers 26 and 39.
 I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 49 and 65.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a
basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy
building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in
a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect
yourself from flying debris.

Tornadoes are extremely difficult to see and confirm at night. Do not
wait to see or hear the tornado. TAKE COVER NOW!
