  Zone 458 Northern Washoe County.

* Valley Winds...West to southwest winds are expected to increase
  each day through Saturday when gusts as high as 40 mph are 
  possible.

* Slope and Ridge Winds...West to southwest 15-25 mph with gusts
  around 35 mph Thursday and Friday with gusts around 50 mph by 
  Saturday afternoon.

* Humidity...6-15%.

* Duration...4-7 hours Thursday afternoon and evening. Longer 
  durations are possible Friday and Saturday.

* Impacts...The combination of gusty winds and low humidity can 
  cause fires to rapidly grow in size and intensity before first 
  responders can contain them.
