At 1147 AM CDT, numerous reports continue to indicate widespread flash flooding with stranded motorists and flooding of some buildings. Locally three to four inches of rain have already fallen in some parts of the Oklahoma City metro area. Flash flooding is already occurring. This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Oklahoma City, Edmond and Moore. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW! Some locations that will experience flooding include...
