from 24 nm northwest of Key Bridge to 32 nm northwest of
Leesylvania State Park to 45 nm west of Quantico, moving southeast
at 25 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by
suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.
