...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 AM MDT FOR
CENTRAL EL PASO COUNTY...

At 249 AM MDT, torrential rainfall had diminished over the warning
area, but light to moderate rainfall continued to move into the
Lower Valley. While radar indicated pockets of heavier rainfall over
areas west of Juarez, these will most likely continue to diminish in
intensity as they cross the Rio Grande.

With runoff likely continuing, and the slight chance for some
heavier pockets of rainfall, the Flash Flood Warning will be kept in
effect.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
