The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northwestern Sebastian County in west central Arkansas...
  Southeastern Sequoyah County in east central Oklahoma...
  Northeastern Le Flore County in southeastern Oklahoma...

* Until 1100 PM CDT
    
* At 1024 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm with strong low level
  rotation that could produce a tornado at any time was located over
  Poteau, moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
