AT 130 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS CONTINUED TO INDICATE THUNDERSTORMS AND VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING NORTH AND PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING OVER THE WARNED AREA. A VERY SERIOUS SCENARIO CONTINUES TO UNFOLD WITH MANY ROADS UNDER WATER IN THE WARNING AREA. UP TO EIGHT INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS BEEN REPORTED SINCE THIS MORNING AND ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL OF TWO TO FOUR INCHES IS LIKELY AS WE GO THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION AND PERSONS IN THE WARNING AREA ARE URGED TO AVOID FLOODED AREAS. LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO GALLMAN...
