TO INDICATE THUNDERSTORMS AND VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING NORTH AND
PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING OVER THE WARNED AREA. A VERY SERIOUS
SCENARIO CONTINUES TO UNFOLD WITH MANY ROADS UNDER WATER IN THE
WARNING AREA. UP TO EIGHT INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS BEEN REPORTED SINCE
THIS MORNING AND ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL OF TWO TO FOUR INCHES IS
LIKELY AS WE GO THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS
SITUATION AND PERSONS IN THE WARNING AREA ARE URGED TO AVOID FLOODED

ROADS MAKE THE SMART CHOICE...TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN.
