The really hot weather did not last long as high pressure with much drier air are now in control of our weather just in time for the state fair. The recent drop in dew point temperature allows night time temperatures to rapidly cool as well with lows reaching the 60s and even 50s! Look for this pleasant late summer weather to continue into next week.
