A number of locations in Iowa are pushing three weeks now without measurable precip. Some rainfall has visited the state overnight and into Monday, but the forecast again turns very dry for the rest of the week. That is good news for those wishing to travel this week, but not good news for any hopes of soil moisture recharge.
