Network X produces perfect rainfall totals, but they report 3 weeks later. Our rainfall product needs to be generated in real-time.
It is 3 AM in the morning, we are monitoring 3 Network X sites in SE Iowa for a possible heat burst event. 3:15 AM, the network goes out and we are flying blind without tech support from Network X.
