* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of 
  less than an inch and ice accumulations of a quarter to just under 
  one half of an inch. The greatest ice accumulations are expected 
  across the northern half of the county.

* WHERE...Jefferson County, with the highest icing amounts expected 
  toward the Saint Lawrence Valley.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and the possibility of 
  isolated power outages.
