* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected along the base 
  and slopes of the northern Blue Mountains. South to southeast 
  winds today will become southwest winds late evening into Thursday 
  morning.
