...BLOWING DUST ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM MDT /NOON CDT/ THIS 
MORNING TO MIDNIGHT MDT /1 AM CDT/ TONIGHT...

* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, west winds 45 to 65 mph with 
  gusts up to 85 mph expected. For the Blowing Dust Advisory, 
  visibility between one-quarter and one mile in blowing dust 
  expected.

* WHERE...Guadalupe Mountains of west Texas and Southeast New Mexico.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 6 AM MDT /7 AM CDT/ 
  Wednesday. For the Blowing Dust Advisory, from 11 AM MDT /noon 
  CDT/ this morning to midnight MDT /1 AM CDT/ tonight.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility. 
  Strong winds will be hazardous to trailers and other high-profile 
  vehicles. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile 
  vehicles like campers, vans, and tractor trailers. Gusty winds may 
  blow around unsecured objects.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Persons with respiratory problems should make preparations to stay 
indoors until the storm passes. Be ready for a sudden drop in 
visibility to near zero. If you encounter blowing dust or blowing 
sand on the roadway or see it approaching, pull off the road as far 
as possible and put your vehicle in park. Turn the lights all the 
way off and keep foot off the brake pedal. Remember, 'Pull Aside, 
Stay Alive'.

Slow down, use low-beam headlights, and leave plenty of distance 
between you and other vehicles.

  54 Corridor, Eastern Culberson, Davis Mountains, and Davis 
  Mountains Foothills.

  this morning to midnight MDT /1 AM CDT/ tonight. For the High Wind 
  Warning, from 11 AM MDT /noon CDT/ this morning to 3 AM MDT /4 AM 
  CDT/ Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility. 
  Strong winds will be hazardous to trailers and other high-profile
