* WHAT...Blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations up 
  to one inch possible. Winds could gust as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE...Lincoln and Russell Counties.

* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Blowing snow may result in visibility as low as one 
  quarter mile and dangerous travel conditions. Strong winds could 
  cause tree damage.
