* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations around one inch 
  with localized amounts up to 2 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 
  mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Missouri.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous 
  conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute. Strong 
  winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.
