* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility less than one 
  quarter mile in dense fog. For the High Wind Warning, north winds 
  35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph expected.

* WHERE...Cheyenne and Kit Carson Counties.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 8 AM MST this morning. 
  For the High Wind Warning, from 2 AM to 11 PM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and 
  cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for 
  high profile vehicles. Low visibility could make driving 
  conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing snow is also possible with the High 
  Winds which could lead to white out conditions.
