...FLOOD ADVISORY FOR AN ICE JAM IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM CST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by an ice jam is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Nebraska, including the 
  following county, Buffalo.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Water will spread into low lying areas along the river 
  near the ice jam.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1122 AM CST, Trained weather spotters reported an ice jam
    along a river bend southeast of Ravenna resulting in minor
    flooding.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    South Loup River.
