WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON FOR DRY CONDITIONS AND GUSTY WINDS FOR 
GUAM...

* WIND...Northeast wind 20 to 30 mph with higher gusts, 
  especially over higher terrain. 

* HUMIDITY...Down to 50 to 60 percent, mainly from late morning 
  until sunset.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is not recommended. Conditions will ease 
  during the nighttime hours.
