MST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills between 0 and 10 below expected.

* WHERE...Curry County, Roosevelt County, and Chaves County Plains.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 9 AM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia and/or 
  frostbite if precautions are not taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a 
hat, and gloves.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
