  zero. For the second Extreme Cold Warning tonight into Thursday 
  morning, dangerously cold wind chills ranging from 30 below to 45 
  below zero.

* WHERE...Campbell and Corson Counties.

* WHEN...For the first Extreme Cold Warning, until noon CST /11 AM 
  MST/ today. For the second Extreme Cold Warning, from 9 PM CST /8 
  PM MST/ this evening to 10 AM CST /9 AM MST/ Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite 
  on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes this morning and again
