* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow. Additional snow 
  accumulations 2 to 4 inches. For the Lake Effect Snow Warning, 
  heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations 9 to 18 
  inches in the most persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high as 
  50 mph.

* WHERE...Lewis County, mainly across far southern portions of the 
  county.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 1 AM EST Monday. For 
  the Lake Effect Snow Warning, from 1 AM Monday to 6 AM EST 
  Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...For the Winter Storm Warning, power outages and tree 
  damage are possible due to the ice and strong winds. Travel could 
  be very difficult. Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, 
  will likely become slick and hazardous. For the Lake effect snow 
  warning, heavy lake effect snow possible. Travel will be difficult 
  in areas of blowing snow with reduced visibility. The hazardous 
  conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
